Advises on human resources policies, facilitates adoption of HR initiatives and programs, manages complex projects and processes, and implements HR strategies set by Executives and Senior Management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.

Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Partners, consults, and coaches business leaders to address talent, retention, and cultural challenges. 2.

Advises on employment regulations and ensures compliance. 3. Supports talent aspects of organizational changes and manages human resources program rollouts. 4. Collaborates on key talent initiatives including workforce planning and succession planning. 5.

Facilitates the adoption of human resources policies and programs to enhance organizational effectiveness. 6. Provides guidance on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and change management. 7. Manages major/complex HR projects or processes that span across multiple teams. 8.

Contributes to the development of goals and planning efforts for the HR area of responsibility. 9. Works with limited oversight to implement strategic goals impacting divisional or departmental results. Qualifications Required Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Strong knowledge of talent and workforce strategies, industry best practices, and HR policies and regulations. Preferred Qualifications 1. Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field. 2. Experience in the financial services industry. 3.

Demonstrated business acumen to drive organizational and people-related strategies. 4. Experience building trusted advisory relationships with business leaders. 5. Strong experience supporting highly technical workforce with recent HR transformation experience to drive connection between HR and TD&O for the benefit of the enterprise.
