Job Title: IT Manag er Salary: £ 79,400 - £99,000 depending on skills demonstrated Location : Desford, Leicestershire Contract: Full time & permanent Hours: 37.50 The Opportunity As an IT Manager , you will lead the delivery of IT services across multiple facilities , including infrastructure, applications, project delivery, and ongoing system support.
You will ensure solutions are aligned to business needs, delivered to a high standard, and continuously improved to support performance, resilience, and growth
What You Will Do
- As IT Manager , your accountabilities will include, but are not limited to: Oversee the design, delivery
- support of IT services, systems
- projects across the facility Lead, coach
- develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and capability growth Partner with stakeholders to capture demand, shape requirements
- manage a portfolio of IT initiatives Deliver solutions aligned to business needs, technical standards
- strategic roadmaps while maintaining quality and compliance Champion IT controls, security, disaster recovery
- corporate standards to protect and sustain operations Monitor performance, identify opportunities
- drive improvements across systems, services

Qualification
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred), demonstrating a strong foundation in IT systems, service management, and technology principles.
- Drives continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing practical solutions Builds strong stakeholder relationships and influences decisions to support delivery Leads change effectively, supporting teams through new systems, processes
