- Device Brand Studio, an internal agency within the Devices group at Amazon, is seeking a talented, creative Creative Director to help bring new Amazon offerings to market, products, services
- features within our devices portfolio. The Creative Director will own brand identity and creative execution for a product line or campaign within Amazon Devices, including new-to-world and new-to-Amazon launches. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of branding, storytelling

- packaging. This role is for a strong creative lead with hands-on experience in the design space, who can direct internal and external creative resources and present work clearly to stakeholders and leadership. Key job responsibilities
- Create brand-consistent creative that supports and reinforces our product vision and business objectives
- Partner with customer and market research teams to translate insights and data into creative that resonates with customers and delivers measurable results
- Build trust and credibility with stakeholders, peers, and direct reports
- Advocate for customers and incorporate user research into the creative process
- Apply strong command of creative methods, tools, and presentation skills
- Direct a small team of copywriters, visual, retail, and brand designers on day-to-day execution
- Give feedback and coaching to team members to support their craft growth
- Coordinate with other internal and external creative teams to keep work aligned and on brand
- 8+ years of design experience - Have an available online portfolio - Experience art directing motion designers, illustrators, writers and content creators - Experience partnering with technical partners for design implementation

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
