We’re looking for dedicated professionals interested in part‑time, on‑call work supporting Information Technology operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, assisting others, and staying current with evolving technologies.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to internal IT teams Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end users Produce clear and concise technical documentation such as requirements and statements of work Support application development efforts Assist with application operations and maintenance activities Qualifications

Required

  • An active TS/SCI with Polygraph Minimum 10 years of professional IT experience in Software Development , including: AngularJS, Kendo, C#, .NET, Oracle Minimum 10 years of professional IT experience in Business Systems Analysis , including: Requirements formulation Tier 1/2 customer support System testing and integration Minimum 10 years of professional IT experience in Database Administration , including: Oracle 19c Oracle 26ai Desired: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.
