About the Senior GTM Enablement Analyst role… The Senior GTM Enablement Analyst is the Go to Market engagement lead within AI & Data Transformation, sitting alongside the Customer Operations Enablement Manager and acting as the primary partner for Sales, Marketing, RevOps and Growth transformation priorities.
The role is responsible for translating Go to Market priorities into clear transformation initiatives, AI use cases, business requirements, operating model changes and adoption plans. It works in close partnership with Business Systems, which remains accountable for platform strategy, tool selection, system configuration, integrations and technical delivery across Go to Market systems.
You will be expected to be a strong business translator and initiative owner — someone who can work through ambiguity, shape work across complex systems and stakeholders, and provide clearer ownership for major cross-functional initiatives.
What you’ll do… Act as the primary engagement partner for Go to Market within AI & Data Transformation, shaping initiatives across Sales, Marketing, RevOps and Growth and ensuring they align to broader transformation priorities. Translate Go to Market pain points, journeys and business opportunities into clear transformation priorities, business cases, AI use cases, requirements and change plans Partner with Business Systems to ensure Go to Market requirements are reflected in tooling roadmaps, platform designs and delivery sequencing, while Business Systems retains accountability for technology selection and implementation.
Lead business-side adoption and enablement for Go to Market tooling and AI initiatives, including stakeholder alignment, rollout planning, training, feedback loops and benefits tracking. Participate in relevant transformation forums and maintain the Go to Market transformation backlog in line with agreed priorities, guardrails and measurable outcomes.
What you have… Strong Experience with GTM (Go-To-Market) Strategies & Tools .
