Own end-to-end strategy for partner program launches and optimization, ensuring measurable ROI. Relationship Management & Consultative Expertise: Build executive-level partner relationships, navigating complex and ambiguous situations to maximize partnership value. Serve as a trusted strategic advisor providing data-driven insights and tailored recommendations. Client Advocacy & Cross-Functional Leadership: Champion the voice of the seller internally, working cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales
  • Leadership to ensure services evolve to meet partner demands. Influence without authority to remove barriers and enhance the partner experience. By midday, you're in a cross-functional session with Product translating seller feedback into roadmap priorities. Later, you're analyzing shipment data to identify high-potential accounts, then preparing a strategic business review for leadership.   • Bachelor's degree - 3+ years of business development, partnership management
  • sourcing new business experience - Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline - Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership - Experience building and growing relationships with internal and external partners
