As a key member of our Transformers Team at one of the largest health insurance companies, you’ll be at the forefront of developing next-generation enhancements for our Health Rating Engine (HRE)—the core technology powering smarter, fairer underwriting decisions for millions of lives.

What You’ll Do
- Innovate: Collaborate with pricing, underwriting
- technology teams to design and implement new algorithms and logic for our health rating applications. - Lead: Drive cross-functional projects, coordinate with upstream and downstream teams
- ensure seamless integration of new features. - Engineer: Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable models using Object Constraint Language and Python. - Quality First: Partner with QA and QE teams to define testing criteria and guarantee top-notch delivery. - Mentor & Grow: Conduct peer reviews, support team members
- share your expertise to elevate the entire team. - Impact: Your work will directly influence pricing strategies and help deliver affordable, high-quality healthcare to diverse populations.
- Who You Are - Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, IT, Computer Science
- related field. - 5 – 8 years of experience in modeling, preferably in commercial pricing or insurance. - Skilled in Python, Excel
- (ideally) Object Constraint Language. - Experience with FJA Product Machine is a plus. - Analytical, proactive
