- internal communication of supply status and supportability. Partner with suppliers, system integrators
- internal stakeholders to ensure purchase orders align with supply plans, inventory strategy
- operational requirements. Manage key supply metrics such as inventory health, days of supply, shortages, excess and obsolete inventory
- supplier exposure to drive performance improvements. Lead cross-functional planning for product transitions, including end-of-life management, new platform ramp readiness
- risk mitigation. Define and optimize inventory buffer strategies based on forecast, demand patterns
- business risk. Conduct scenario planning to assess the impact of supply constraints, demand changes
- other risks to the supply plan. Oversee component flow across build stages, regions
- manufacturing or hub locations to ensure continuity of supply. Drive program management across supply chain initiatives by identifying process improvements, coordinating cross-functional execution
- improving planning tools and processes. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics
- related field AND 3+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing
- related experience OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics
- related field AND 1+ year(s) supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing
- related experience OR equivalent experience. Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred Qualifications
- Technology Industry Supply chain and planning background Supply Planning IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600.00 - $188,400.00 per year.
- There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area
- the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000.00 - $206,400.00 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
