Analytics Engineer
- The Last Mile Analytics & Quality team is at the forefront of building the future of last-mile delivery technology. We are looking for a Quality Specialist who will serve as a critical human-in-the-loop in our next-generation delivery operations — making real-time decisions and ensuring the highest bar of safety and quality as we scale industry leading automation programs. This is a high-focus, execution-heavy role that demands sustained attention, rapid judgment, and the ability to operate effectively under pressure. If you thrive in dynamic, real-time environments and have a background in safety-critical operations, gaming, simulation, or monitoring-intensive fields, we want to hear from you. Work Requirements: Rotational weekly offs, subject to change based on business requirements (5-day work week with 2 consecutive days off , Mandatory night shift ) . On-site presence required at the designated Hyderabad office. This is not a remote role. Successful completion of structured training and certification prior to go-live. Key job responsibilities Continuously monitor live operational feeds and system dashboards to track mission health, status indicators, and real-time performance across active deployments. Identify deviations from expected operational parameters and respond within defined SLAs, executing corrective interventions with precision before restoring normal operations. Maintain sustained visual attention across multiple simultaneous data streams, maps, and camera feeds throughout the duration of each shift. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), escalation matrices, and safety guidelines with zero deviation
- escalate non-conformances through established mechanisms. Document operational events, deviations, and intervention outcomes accurately using internal tracking tools and checklists. Coordinate with Shift Leads, Operations Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to implement rapid response strategies during live operations. Demonstrate clear, concise verbal and written communication during escalations, handoffs, and incident reporting. Complete a structured certification and training program, including simulator assessments and supervised live sessions, prior to independent deployment.
- Bachelor's degree - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
