- Act as the Voice of the Customer, articulating recruiter, candidate
- stakeholder needs and translating them into clear business use cases, prioritizing technical requirements with product managers

- Act as the programmatic business owner for Amazon Talent Acquisition product or process domains, working with subject-matter experts to design ideal-state workflows, identifying where to improve process and technology

- Translate customer pain-points and operational needs into clear functional requirements or UX designs in partnership with technical teams for strategic documentation (e.g., PR/FAQs, BRD, LRD)

- Ensure plans account for compliance requirements (e.g., legal, financial, data privacy/security), localization (e.g., language, regional requirements)

- Develop and execute change management strategies to support the successful rollout and sustained adoption of new features
- Apply process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC

- Manage post-launch support plans (e.g., triage, issue/ticket management), run retrospectives, and hold post-mortems

- recruitment teams, serving as the connective tissue between Talent Acquisition business needs and technical solution delivery. On a typical day, you may partner with technical product managers to define business requirements and clarify use cases, review designs and workflows to ensure business needs are fully represented, analyze performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities

- 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery
- communicating results to senior leadership - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship - Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field - Experience developing and implementing new strategies and procedures - Knowledge of data analytics with tools such as Tableau, SQL, Quick-sight - Experience managing product or program launches end-to-end, including beta deployments, acceptance criteria reviews
