Key Responsibilities Manufacturing IT Support: Provide technical support and basic analysis for systems related to the manufacturing process and SAP integration points.

System Deployment & Cloud Support: Assist with the deployment and maintenance of on-premise and web applications, leveraging foundational knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud environments. Networking Awareness: Utilize basic knowledge of networking fundamentals, VLANs, and Firewalls to assist in troubleshooting connectivity issues for manufacturing systems.

Process Automation & BI: Support the development of reports in Power BI and assist in implementing basic process automations using Power Automate. Development & Innovation: Apply basic programming and development skills to support minor enhancements and stay abreast of emerging AI technologies.

Methodology Adherence: Work within an Agile framework to manage tasks, prioritize work, and deliver solutions efficiently. Project Management : Define the scope, break down large projects into manageable tasks (Work Breakdown Structure), sequence activities logically, estimate durations, and create a realistic project timeline or Gantt chart.
