You will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimising contract strategies to maximise commercial and strategic value from corporate and strategic agreements across the Surgery ANZ business.

This role works in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Corporate Accounts to ensure contracted opportunities are effectively activated, executed and translated into sustainable business growth through innovative and strategic approaches.

RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute contract strategies for corporate and strategic agreements to maximise commercial and financial value Lead the activation and delivery of opportunities from signed contracts across the Surgery portfolio Ensure contracts are fully implemented, tracked, and optimised to deliver against agreed objectives Translate contract requirements into clear, actionable plans for Sales and Marketing teams Monitor contract performance, identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities to drive further value creation Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Corporate Accounts to ensure aligned execution and outcomes Support field teams in delivering contract-led opportunities within key customer accounts Identify and implement innovative approaches to drive value beyond traditional contract structures Analyse customer performance, utilisation, and market dynamics to inform strategy and growth opportunities Provide insights and recommendations to leadership to shape future contract strategy and business planning ABOUT YOU Proven experience in Healthcare, Pharma, or MedTech (ideally with exposure to corporate or strategic accounts) Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract strategy, execution, or account management Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams Ability to think strategically while delivering operational execution Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across a matrix environment Analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable outcomes Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Science, Marketing or related field preferred COMPANY CULTURE Competitive remuneration package.
