  • The OpsTech Solutions organization provides world-class IT services for Amazon’s fulfillment centers and transportation networks worldwide. Within Opstech Solutions, our global Supply Chain organization ensures that Amazon operations sites have the tech equipment that they need, when they need it. We are seeking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Operations Team as a Process Assistant supporting our flagship Rapid Asset Deployment site, RAD1. This role is based out of RAD1 in Antioch, Tennessee. The standard hours of operations for the site are Monday – Friday from 6am – 5:00pm, with 3 shifts running from 6am – 2:30pm, 8am - 4:30pm
  • 8:30am - 5pm. (Additional Shifts Pending) The Process Assistant is assigned to the Area Manager, holding responsibilities specific to the different Fulfillment Center areas. This role also provides hands-on support to our Associates, Area Managers, support agencies
  • Operations and IT Managers in RAD1. Key job responsibilities - Support and work in assigned department. as required - Support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties
  • communicating with internal and external suppliers - Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers - Provide policy follow-up and attendance tracking (duties do not extend to discipline) - Track and report labor hours - Assist the floor as an associate resource, training associates
  • verifying SOP compliance - Ensure successful area performance through tracking, reporting
  • feedback of associate performance - Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives in some capacity - Fill in, as needed, with production duties - Fully understand workflow and daily production goals - Review and update SOP, as required - Assist in keeping work area clean and organized - Identify and address safety hazards within the work area - Coach associates to work safely at all times - Participate in safety initiatives - Additional duties, as assigned
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - high school diploma or equivalent - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours

The starting pay for this position is listed below including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, you are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
