- shape the future of services. You'll apply deep technical expertise and complex program leadership to deliver outcomes at scale, ensuring AWS teams work together effectively for the customer. You'll innovate side-by-side with Amazon teams on projects like amazon robotics, generative AI-powered developer productivity using tools such as Strands, Kiro
- Bedrock AgentCore. You will influence VP/SVP-level leaders, earn trust across account teams
- operate as the strategic connective tissue between Amazon and AWS. You are encouraged to think big, invent
- take ownership of customer challenges. You will not only bring the best of AWS/Amazon to our customers but will proactively help solve customer challenges through new ideas, tools
- mechanisms. Successful candidates will have a strong technical background, be curious about cloud and AI, demonstrate operational rigor, have excellent problem-solving abilities

- 10+ years of senior customer facing role experience - 15+ years of leading complex, large-scale, IT, technical or engineering programs experience - Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math
- a related field - Experience in a senior customer-facing role - Experience in leading complex, large-scale, IT, technical or engineering programs - Experience working with current technologies (especially cloud)
