  • Field questions and documents all contacts via an approved tracking system per department SOP/DWIs, including Field Contact Reports
  • Acquires the necessary CRM training and experience to function as a Tech Service Specialist. Experience is gained through reading, attending courses/classes, and shadowing other Technical Service agents.
  • Remains current on developments in the field(s) of expertise, applicable regulatory requirements, and restrictions, and knowledge of the company’s products, markets, policies, and objectives, as well as industry trends.
  • Under the direction of a mentor, observes device implant and follow-up procedures.
  • Works additional hours, days
  • schedules (including other shifts, weekends, and/or holidays), if directed. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (± 16 years) preferably Electronic/Biomedical/Biology/Engineering or related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting highly technical medical devices in an office-based environment through phone, email
  • text communication, with proven ability to assess, troubleshoot
  • provide effective solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, as well as proven technical troubleshooting skills and foundational knowledge of electronics.
